Our Utility Chickens are the same high-quality, pasture-raised birds we’re known for. These chickens have been humanely raised on pasture and processed with care. During processing, however, some birds experience minor cosmetic imperfections — such as a torn breast skin, trimmed wing tip, or a small drum section affected by the cleaning machine.

Rest assured, these chickens are perfectly wholesome and delicious. The only difference is appearance, which allows us to offer them at a special value.
