Our beef tallow comes from cattle raised right here on our farm, fed hay we harvest ourselves from our farm. Those same fields are naturally fertilized by the chickens we pasture through the summer months — a simple, old-fashioned system that builds healthy soil and produces exceptional beef.

We make this tallow the traditional way: slow-rendered, strained, and jarred with no added ingredients. It’s not bleached, not deodorized, and never “processed” to remove the natural character. Just real grass-fed beef tallow, ready for frying, roasting, baking, and everyday cooking.
